12 Week Challenge


Allfit’s 12 Week Challenge focusses on attaining personal goals, whether it be weight loss, fitness or body composition and has a strong focus on fitness and nutrition. These changes will be achieved through Food Coaching and Personal Training. There are dedicated group fitness classes for challenge members which are aimed at bringing like-minded people together to support each other in a fun and motivating environment, plus group workouts in existing Allfit classes at a time that suits you.
